Ioannis E. Kosmadakis

I'm Ioannis, a Senior Technical Consultant and ServiceNow Developer specializing in SPM, ITSM, and SecOps. I design and build enterprise solutions that combine ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities with targeted custom development, focusing on workflow automation, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Beyond enterprise platforms, my interests include LLMs, parameter-efficient and task-specialized models, computer vision, and AI-driven decision-support systems. I'm particularly interested in turning research concepts into practical, reliable systems that work beyond controlled environments. I value straightforward engineering, thoughtful automation, and solutions built to perform under real-world conditions.
