Ioannis E. Kosmadakis

Hi, I'm Ioannis, a Senior Technical Consultant and ServiceNow Developer focusing on SPM, ITSM, SecOps, and ATF. I work with enterprise platforms at scale, designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that combine out-of-the-box capabilities with targeted custom development. My work centers on workflow automation, system reliability and delivering implementations that remain maintainable under real operational pressure. Alongside my consulting work, I'm an R&D Engineer at Pop2See, where I contribute to the development of assistive digital systems. My technical interests include LLMs (including parameter-efficient and task-specialized models), computer vision and advanced AI-based systems for decision support and perception, with an emphasis on translating research concepts into deployable solutions that operate reliably in real-world environments. Overall, my work centers on automation, applied AI and intelligent enterprise systems, with a strong emphasis on building solutions that are robust, measurable and production-ready. I prefer systems that are simple, defensible and engineered to withstand evolving requirements and operational constraints.
